1. Shipping Scope (Physical Books)

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are unable to ship physical books to international destinations at this time.


2. Physical Book Shipping (Hardcover & Paperback)

  • Order Processing Time: All physical book orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your purchase is confirmed.
  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, please allow 3-6 business days for your order to be delivered within the UK.
  • Shipping Method: We use trusted couriers to ensure your books arrive safely.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for physical books will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your chosen shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Business Days: Please note that “business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Potential Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, courier delays, or peak holiday periods may occasionally cause slight delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

3. Ebook Delivery

  • Instant Access: Ebooks are digital products and are delivered instantly after your purchase is successfully completed and payment is confirmed.
  • How to Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a secure download link for your ebook(s). Additionally, your purchased ebooks will be accessible from your “My Account” or “Downloads” section on our website (if applicable).
  • Technical Requirements: Please ensure you have the appropriate software or device (e.g., e-reader app, PDF reader) to open and read your ebook files.

4. Undeliverable Packages (Physical Books)

  • If a physical order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if multiple delivery attempts fail, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
  • If you choose not to have the item re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the cost of the book(s) only, minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred by us.
