  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, at the current UK rate. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
  • Availability: All Products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and will not process your order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We will make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timescales, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for Products purchased from us passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations (Your UK Consumer Rights)

  • Your Right to Cancel :  14 days. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
    • To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email)
    • If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own cost within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
    • We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
